"Everything about the journey, the car and the driver couldn’t have been any better. The disappointment was, that I had booked at 8am in the morning for a 4.45am taxi the next day. I had to chase confirmation twice during a 13 hr period prior to travel as I had no confirmation email that I had a booking as was suggested on you website. The website is very professional but, the service I received really let the whole experience down. Especially being given two deadlines as to when I could expect the confirmation but, both having passed I wasn’t convinced I would get a taxi at all. "
